JANUARY 2026 ABOVE AND BEYOND RECIPIENT

Emma Rojba is a dedicated, meticulous, and positive student who puts her all into everything she does. She is a truly well-rounded individual, serving as an active member of the Westfield band and the cheerleading team as well as participating in Creative Writing, Battle of the Books and FACS Club.  Whether she is performing on the clarinet or energizing the crowd from the sidelines, Emma makes a real difference in our school community.

In the classroom, Emma’s effort sets a great tone for her peers. She is always looking for ways to improve herself and frequently asks for feedback on how she can extend her learning. She has a cheerful attitude and is always willing to help her teachers or work collaboratively with her classmates. Emma’s hard work and kindness provide a clear example of what success looks like.

Emma is also a vital member of the Westfield Band program, where she exemplifies a pride in performance. Her commitment is evident in her rehearsal etiquette and her constant preparedness. She has done an excellent job of juggling many different activities while maintaining a consistent level of drive and professionalism in her band performances.

As a member of the Cheerleading team, she is incredibly reliable and caring. She is often the one to help out whenever a teammate needs it.  Emma is kind, caring and leads with a big heart. As a member of FACS club, not only did she sew a beautiful pillow for class, but she gifted it to a staff member who shared that her fabric brought back a childhood memory. Her kindness and generosity is admirable.  Emma is also an invaluable member of the Westfield Battle of the Books team. Whether she is sharing a helpful insight or delivering key answers during a competition, she consistently gives 100%. Most importantly, Emma elevates the entire group; she listens to her teammates’ ideas with genuine enthusiasm and works to bring out the best in everyone.

Emma’s dedication to her academics and extracurricular activities make her a great example of what it means to a WARRIOR!
